Fabricator-welder — Juab County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Juab County, Utah. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
