Immediate opening: carpenter (Kogi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a carpenter in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred.
