Tile roofer — Union County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Union County, New Jersey. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
