We are recruiting: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Lamar County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel The role involves: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets Six days a week, one day off.
