Now hiring: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Jefferson County, Colorado. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
