Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Putnam County, Georgia. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Part-time with flexible hours.
