Meat cutter wanted in Rabun County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Rabun County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
