Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service 5+ years on the tools preferred.
