Kitchen porter — Oke Ero

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Oke Ero, Kwara State. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
