Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Vigo County, Indiana. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code The role involves adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
