Waterproofing applicator — Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lee County, South Carolina. The job is on residential new-build sites. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding 6+ years on the tools preferred.
