Coating plant operator • Flagler County, Florida

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Flagler County, Florida. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
