Foundry operative — Texas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry operative in Texas County, Oklahoma. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding The role involves shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
