We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in McPherson County, Kansas. The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
