Kitchen steward — Routt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Routt County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
