Painter and decorator • Newaygo County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Newaygo County, Michigan. You will be based on a residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
