MIG welder — Noble County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in Noble County, Indiana. You will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
