Groundworker • Divide County, North Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundworker in Divide County, North Dakota. You will be based on a building construction site. Your main tasks: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
