Chef de partie — Kaugama

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Kaugama, Jigawa State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
