Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
