Day-to-day duties: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 5+ years on the tools preferred.
