Pot washer • Wyoming County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
