Groundsman — Bucks County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a public park. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Day to day you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
