Tandoor cook — Lanier County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lanier County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
