Paint booth operator • Pike County, Mississippi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Pike County, Mississippi. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Rotating shifts.
