Urgent requirement: toolroom milling operator (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Franklin County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
