Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Russell County, Kansas. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
