Scullery hand — Wythe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wythe County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time with occasional weekends.
