Laundry presser wanted in Ross County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a laundry presser in Ross County, Ohio. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory 4+ years on the tools preferred.
