You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day-to-day duties: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
