We are recruiting: HSE supervisor (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. Day-to-day duties: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Full-time with occasional weekends.
