We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Boone County, Indiana. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
