Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Goliad County, Texas. Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
