CNC programmer-operator — Hampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Hampton County, South Carolina. Day to day you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
