Kitchen steward — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Morgan County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
