Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Pembrokeshire, Wales. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
