Overlocker operator wanted in Fayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Fayette County, Georgia. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
