Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Duval County, Florida. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
