Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Kittitas County, Washington. You will be based on a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
