Conventional mill operator — DeSoto County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in DeSoto County, Mississippi. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
