Press shop operator wanted in Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Washington County, Rhode Island. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
