Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Obi, Benue State. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits.
