Vacancy available: CO2 welder (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Garza County, Texas. You will be based at an automobile body shop. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Day to day you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
