Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Morton County, Kansas. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
