Backhoe loader operator wanted in Mono County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Mono County, California. You will work at a stone quarry. On the job you will handle: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently 4+ years on the tools preferred.
