Commercial tyre fitter — Nome Census Area

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Nome Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a busy tyre bay. What we are looking for: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage On the job you will handle: • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
