Join our team: we are hiring an auto painter in Grant County, Indiana. The job is at an accident repair centre. The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
