Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Floyd County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
