Ceiling and wall plasterer wanted in Liberty County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Liberty County, Florida. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On a typical shift you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
