UPVC welding machine operator — Putnam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Putnam County, New York. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents. Requirements: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Rotating shifts. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
